What we do

Three things, done properly.

Houses, not high-rises. If it carries water or drains it, it is ours.

01

Repairs

Leaks under the sink, a toilet that runs all night, a shower valve that will not sit still, and the drain that has been slow since you moved in.

02

Water heaters

Tank and tankless. We repair the ones worth repairing and say so plainly when a unit has reached the end of its life.

03

Repipe and remodel

Copper and PEX. New bathrooms, a kitchen sink that moves across the room, and the old galvanized lines running under the house.

A dark bathroom with a stone vanity, lit low

How we work

The part most people never see.

We arrive in the window we gave you. Cloth goes down before tools come out, and the shoes come off at the door if that is how your house runs.

You get a number in writing before the first fitting is loosened. If we open a wall and find something we did not expect, we stop and show you before we touch it.

  • Same technician start to finish
  • Photographs of anything behind a wall
  • We haul the old unit away

What happens

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

Tell us what it is doing

A phone call is usually enough to size up the job. Photos help if there is water where there should not be.

  2. 02

    We look at it

For anything larger than a repair we come out and put eyes on the system before quoting a number.

  3. 03

    A written price

It does not move unless you ask for something more. Parts and labour are listed separately.

  4. 04

We fix it and clean up

We test it in front of you, tell you what to keep an eye on, and take the mess with us.
